- Supply technical assistance to the facility to maintain and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Responsible for complex operations and duties in production.
- Track equipment performance and adjust setups, calibrations, and alignments.
- Confer with other specialists when serious problems occur.
- Track data associated with production equipment.
- Suggest revisions for methods of operation, material handling, or equipment layout.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas.
- Confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
- Recommend changes to production standards for achieving the best quality within the limits of equipment capacity.
- Report any inconsistencies and use standard repair procedures.
- Responsible for solving problems requiring more extensive knowledge and experience.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- AAS or trade school diploma in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
