
Director - RCSA Program Management

- Lead the development of business unit-level approval processes for RCSA Program Management, with a focus on strategic timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and ongoing refinement of process maps, RAU procedures, and policies to support the RCSA transition.
- Drive root cause analyses for recurring issues within GCS and support effective remediation to reduce future risks.
- Track progress, validate the effectiveness of resolutions, and provide timely status updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting for GCS CM Risk ID personnel and resources to ensure adequate coverage for current and future RAUs
- Implement and optimize team systems, tools, and procedures to maximize operational efficiency
- Proven experience in project management/coordination through to execution, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess risk scenarios
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly complex environment and navigating between competing priorities and whilst accelerating program knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills to effectively partner with key program stakeholders to drive successful program delivery
- Experience in preparing materials for senior stakeholders and committees
- High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
- Familiarity working in a risk and control or regulatory environment and knowledge of commercial payments industry & economics is a plus
