8H Day (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM)Description
PT for Adult Home Health: CANNOT accommodate 10H shifts. Weekend rotations. This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day. We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.Requirements:
- Licensed PT, please note any others
- Prior travel required, at least 2 previous travel assignments preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required
- IVS to OFFER
- Monday to Sunday
- No block schedules for any reason
- Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 12/01
- Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
- This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
- Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended
- Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November
