- Drive consistency in revenues per store, ensuring each location meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Oversee daily retail operations with a strong presence in stores to support, coach, and hold managers accountable.
- Ensure stores uphold the luxury brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Build and implement programs that improve employee retention and engagement.
- Establish and oversee training programs that develop sales excellence, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
- Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and professional growth for store leadership and associates.
- Guarantee brand messaging and standards are consistently delivered in every retail environment.
- Partner with marketing and headquarters to ensure in-store messaging aligns with overall brand strategy.
- Enhance the luxury customer journey, ensuring an elevated and memorable retail experience.
- Work closely with the CEO to execute strategies that move the needle on retail revenue sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for in-store activations, events, and partnerships that drive traffic and sales.
- Use KPIs, analytics, and store feedback to refine strategies and deliver continuous growth.
- Attend major strategy meetings at headquarters with the CEO and executive team.
- Serve as the direct voice of the retail organization, sharing field insights with leadership.
- Ensure retail operations are aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth initiatives.
- 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience (multi-unit preferred).
- Proven success driving sales growth and operational excellence across multiple store locations.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and retain top talent.
- Hands-on operator who thrives in-store and understands the nuances of customer experience at the ground level.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable working closely with C-level leadership.
- Data-driven, with a track record of using KPIs and analytics to drive decision-making.
