- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure PHP-based web applications.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Monitor logs, system health, and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and create documentation for recurring incidents.
- Assist in release management, patch updates, and system upgrades.
- Mentor junior developers and support engineers when necessary.
- 8+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP).
- Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS.
- Proficient in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience in application support, production troubleshooting, and incident handling.
- Familiarity with Linux environments, Apache/Nginx servers, and basic shell scripting.
- Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Git, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Magento.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based environments.
- Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support other teams.
