Provide mentoring and training to Strategic Account Sales Engineers, Facility Account Managers, Major Account Managers, and other employees within and outside of the NAS organization Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum seven (7) years of electrical sales/marketing and/or engineering experience Possess a valid driver's license No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution A Professional Engineer (PE) License LEED AP certification Extensive electrical experience Position Criteria: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Technical knowledge regarding the application of power distribution products including medium and low voltage switchgear, panelboards and switchboards, protective relaying and busway Experience in working with products and applications such as three-phase UPS systems, power distribution units, static transfer switches, remote power panels, power monitoring products (including metering and software), and power control products. Strategic understanding of the U.S. power distribution and data center market Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals and lead electrical engineers, as well as facility engineers at data centers Problem solving skills Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization, including consultant or end user organizations Presentation and training skills - Initiative and self-management skills Proven capability to find creative solutions to solve complex technical application problems Value selling experience Ability to travel up to 25% (closer to 35%)
