Direct oversight of a comprehensive on-boarding strategy and plan will be a key function of this role. This person will also work closely with unit leaders to individualize the Comptency Based Orientation plan / checklist based on department-specific knowledge and skills. While supporting evidence-based practice, the Clinical OrientationAn ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Required Education/Training: NH Registered Nurse active license. BSN with 5 years of acute care clinical nursing experience.Preferred Education/Training: 2 years of previous clinical nursing educator experience and/or a Master’s degree in Nursing Education.Specialty Certification focused on education and professional development desired within 18 – 24 months of practice in this role.VRH employees enjoy a low-cost comprehensive benefits program with highlights below:
