- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking across plant and office environments.
- Manage IT Helpdesk tickets and deliver timely first- and second-level support.
- Configure, install, and maintain workstations, servers, MES systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support SQL databases at a beginner-intermediate level.
- Troubleshoot and maintain WAN/LAN networks in multi-VLAN environments.
- Perform system administration tasks: user accounts, permissions, backups, antivirus monitoring, and printer management.
- Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory.
- Support and maintain plant Data Center hardware/software (Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, etc.).
- Test, update, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with external vendors for networking, security, and application support.
- Participate in an after-hours IT support rotation.
- Promote teamwork and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
