Your talent in managing production will shine as you create and track factory work orders, expertly balancing machine loads to align with the production schedule. Collaborating closely with our manufacturing team, you'll coordinate staffing and overtime to optimize efficiency and performance. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is essential, complemented by a minimum of three years in production scheduling or purchasing within an MRP II system. An in-depth understanding of manufacturing and production planning is vital, along with fundamental knowledge of ERP requirements and processes.APICS certification is preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence in this domain. You must possess strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision effectively. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills will enhance your collaboration with team members.Comfort in a normal office environment with standard equipment will enable you to execute your responsibilities efficiently, driving our customer-centric ethos forward!Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or purchasing within an MRP II system.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ERP requirements and processes.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a normal office environment with a computer, phone and other standard office equipment.
