- Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
- When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

- Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
- Toyota brand experience, a plus!
- Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
- An understanding of the mechanical and technical
- Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
