  • Contribute to the North America Finance value stream. The role entails development/enhancements & deployment of all ledger inputs for US into the Finance Transformation Program (FTP)
  • Overseeing the delivery & deployment of Mainframe technology solutions for Finance Transformation Program
  • Extensive understanding of financial accounting and interactions with the Business Process Owners, Finance Product Owners as well as the other FTP US IT teams
  • Manage priorities, maintain activity schedules to ensure delivery in line with deployment plan
  • Work in an agile environment that requires reacting to changes quickly
  • Participate in Agile/Program Increment planning, contribute to backlog refinement, and sprint deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment, including Program Increment Planning and 3-week sprints
  • Manage stakeholders, including Finance users, change delivery teams, CTO and audit Teams
Work closely with Finance and technical stakeholders to maintain and enhance system performanceFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $211,900.00.The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee's overall total compensation and benefits.
