Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking TS/SCI FSP cleared Help Desk Technician to support a restricted cloud based program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing II desktop support for the customer who is focused on building virtualized servers for their customer.Location: Annapolis Junction, MDShifts: Day ShiftResponsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the customer and end-users in regards to technical issues
  • Provide troubleshooting, patching, configuration, remediation support to computer hardware, and software applications
  • Handle ticketing system to track issues and document completion of tasks
Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret - SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Interest and willingness to learn technical support duties
  • Experience working in Linux and or Windows environments
  • Experience with Tier I or II IT Support
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with help desk or desktop support related duties such as troubleshoot support for hardware
  • Desire to have exposure to VDI, virtualization, and Linux (RHEL) Systems
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
