The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning and execution of interior healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role assists with coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams while managing documentation, resources, and project progress in alignment with healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and delivering interior healthcare projects on time and within budget.
  • Assist with managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources while escalating risks or issues as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to track quality, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
  • Contribute to project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

  • Experienced in interior healthcare construction
