- Design and develop new and modernized logistics applications on the Microsoft Power Platform or other USCG-approved low-code environments.
- Conduct discovery sessions, collaborate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and translate into technical solutions and user stories.
- Implement APIs and integrations between logistics, finance, and asset management systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Perform unit, integration, and Section 508 accessibility testing as per DHS standards.
- Remediate any non-conformance.
- Develop and execute data migration scripts to move legacy data into new environments, supporting data cleansing and governance.
- Participate in agile sprints, demos, and contribute to technical documentation and user guides.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with emphasis on low-code platform solutions, application modernization, or enterprise system integration.
- Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft Dataverse, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with federal accessibility regulations, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative team skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
