If so, we’d love to talk with you!Apply in person or simply click the “Apply Now” button.Job PurposeThe Front Desk Supervisor oversees front desk operations while delivering outstanding guest service and leadership. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides training and guidance to team members, and resolves guest concerns to guarantee a consistently high level of hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, schedule, and coach the front desk team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.Greet and assist guests at the desk, providing information about the property and services.Monitor lobby activity, room status, and group activity, and communicate effectively with other departments.Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.Support team members by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.Ensure compliance with cashiering, deposits, key control, and overall safety procedures.Provide emergency and safety support as needed.Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Previous hotel front desk experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
