- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in the lithium battery solutions sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients within the floor care equipment or deep cycle battery industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Minimum 5+ years ofB2B sales/business development experience in industrial products.
- Professional floor scrubbers (e.g., Tennant, Nilfisk, Karcher – Professional Equipment, Taski, Tacony, Pacific, Flor Care, Factory CAT, Minuteman, or similar).
- Deep cycle battery companies (e.g., Trojan, Full River, US Battery, Discover, or similar).
- Strong technical understanding of industrial battery solutions and/or floor care equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
