Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
Perform basic bookkeeping duties
Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
- Create and manage print and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate events and event logistics
- Database management
- Customer care duties (not limited to handwritten cards, calls, etc)
- Review real estate contracts
- Prepare real estate documents for team
- Data entry, file review, and file maintenance
- Other assistant duties as assigned
At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Creative with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Thorough understanding of social media marketing
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Canva, and email newsletter platforms
- Service-based attitude
- Event planning experience
- NC Real Estate license preferred
