Responsibilities:As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for creating software tests, automating test cases, performing application testing, validating bugs, and isolating issues. You will ensure the quality and reliability of applications that support a forensic and investigative ecosystem across multiple enterprise applications in a multi-enclave environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Create software tests and automate test cases for enterprise applications
  • Perform application testing, validate bugs, and isolate issues
  • Write and initiate tests and analyze and report test results in the ticketing system
  • Perform configuration management, change management, and release management
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
  • Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures
  • Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports
  • Identify and document problems and issues, providing guidance on root-cause and remediation
  • Support the presentation and formal review of test results
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
  • Ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
Mid-Level
  • Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Relevant testing certifications (ISTQB, etc.) preferred
Proficiency with:
  • Software testing methodologies

  • Defect tracking and management

  • Experience with SAFe Agile framework
  • Strong understanding of testing in secure environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for complex applications
  • Advanced testing certifications preferred
