Apply today!YOUR DAY AS AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATORYour main tasks will include processing and applying customer payments from various channels such as mail, phone, email, online payments, and bank transfers. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you reconcile payments and ensure they are accurately applied to the correct customer accounts. In addition, you will use your problem-solving skills to research and resolve any discrepancies with payments, which may involve contacting customers for clarification. Maintaining up-to-date customer account information in the ERP system will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring accurate and reliable data for the organization.REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of accounting experience
