- Overall responsibility of all aspects of the company's business in the Mall Channel, to include:
- Ongoing management of each banner and client
- Point of contact for all Mall National Account Managers
- Responsible for new sales in channel. Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account pipeline
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate an account and develop a strategy to demonstrate value proposition
- Create annual sales plan and work with CRO on annual sales budget
- Develop specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives and measures focusing on overall customer satisfaction
- Travel is required to visit clients and attend relevant trade shows
- Remote work is acceptable, or in corporate NEN offices in Louisville, CO
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Create and manage your department budget
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Work closely with operations, client services, on executing the strategy
- Knowledge and minimum of five years' experience working in the Mall industry, channels, and products, with ideal focus in the specialty leasing divisions.
- Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skillset.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
- At least five (5) years of direct sales experience in Mall industry, preferable with experience with specialty leasing divisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Highly skilled in developing and constructing effective client facing presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Similar Mac skills acceptable
