We are seeking a Remote Design Verification Engineer to join our team and support our ongoing growth initiatives through high-quality design verification and system optimization.Position OverviewThe Design Verification Engineer will play a critical role in validating and verifying design processes, system integrations, and digital solutions that support our operational platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in system verification, quality assurance, and technical design validation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical solutions meet business requirements, comply with industry standards, and deliver optimal performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and execute design verification strategies for software, hardware, and process systems within DIVIETO Ristorante Groups operations.Review design specifications, technical drawings, and requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and operations teams to identify verification requirements.Create verification plans, test benches, test cases, and automation scripts as needed.Analyze verification results, debug issues, and provide clear documentation of findings.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and company requirements.Work with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and design improvements.Provide input and recommendations on system enhancements and process optimizations.Maintain organized documentation of test plans, reports, and verification records.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen design and development workflows.QualificationsRequired:U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency with valid government-issued ID (must reside in the United States).Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in design verification, validation, or quality assurance.Proficiency in verification methodologies, test plan development, and simulation tools.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.Preferred:Experience with system-level verification in both hardware and software environments.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or similar).Background in hospitality systems, POS integration, or operational technology (a plus, but not required).Knowledge of ISO, IEEE, or similar verification/quality standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Flexible remote work environment.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options).Paid time off, holidays, and wellness programs.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative, innovative culture where your contributions make a direct impact.
