Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Salary Range: $195,000–$325,000A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate (3–7 years of experience) to join its Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters involving construction disputes, commercial real estate, and related business litigation across the United States.The team represents a diverse group of clients including real estate developers, contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, and public/private project stakeholders. The associate will be responsible for managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:3 to 7 years of litigation experience, with preference for construction or real estate-related mattersStrong legal research and writing skillsExcellent academic credentials from an accredited law schoolAbility to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentLicensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one of the jurisdictions listed above, or eligible for admissionResponsibilities Include:Representing clients in a broad range of construction and real estate litigation mattersDrafting and arguing motions, attending court appearances and depositionsAdvising clients on litigation risk and dispute resolution strategyCollaborating with experienced attorneys across offices on large-scale litigationCompensation & Benefits:Base salary range of $195,000 to $325,000, depending on experience, location, and qualificationsDiscretionary and productivity bonusesComprehensive benefits including health, life, disability insurance, and 401(k) planProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Statement:
