
PT - Hospitality-Porter Services Associate

- Hospitality services, to include: conference room management (set-ups and breakdowns for meetings, arranging tables, making coffee, assist with catering), stocking supplies/inventory, load and unload dishwasher, stacking utensils and cups
- Ensure site common areas including kitchen and coffee area are maintained, clean, and well-stocked with supplies, and maintaining common areas
- Backup mailroom services as needed - process/scan/sort/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate personnel; shipping and receiving
- Working in a team environment and assist with tasks to ensure clients and site needs as met
- Procurement & ordering supplies
- Adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times; Take direction from supervisor and/or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Access to reliable transportation to and from work; Lifting up to 50 pounds
