IST Management is seeking a Hospitality-Porter Services Associate to join Los Angeles team! The Hospitality Office Services Associate will be responsible for providing Corporate hospitality, conference room maintenance, maintenance of common spaces, assist with mail-room operations, and other on-site support services as required. Ideal candidates will possess an excellent customer service mindset, have prior relevant experience providing hospitality services in a professional environment, and must be willing to train.About UsIST Management is a business process outsourcing company.   • Hospitality services, to include: conference room management (set-ups and breakdowns for meetings, arranging tables, making coffee, assist with catering), stocking supplies/inventory, load and unload dishwasher, stacking utensils and cups
  • Ensure site common areas including kitchen and coffee area are maintained, clean, and well-stocked with supplies, and maintaining common areas
  • Backup mailroom services as needed - process/scan/sort/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate personnel; shipping and receiving
  • Working in a team environment and assist with tasks to ensure clients and site needs as met
  • Procurement & ordering supplies
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times; Take direction from supervisor and/or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
QualificationsRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from work; Lifting up to 50 pounds
