- Develop and grow strategic relationships with enterprise hospital and health system leaders.
- Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead consultative sales engagements that address client challenges through Q-Centrix solutions.
- Partner closely with the PSA to ensure a unified pre- and post-sale partner experience.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough documentation of engagement.
- Stay ahead of market trends in healthcare, including regulatory shifts and enterprise innovation in quality and safety.
- Serve as a trusted voice of the enterprise customer, influencing internal product and marketing strategies.

- Proven experience selling services or software solutions to large health systems or national healthcare networks.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, ideally in healthcare or health tech.
- Confidence managing high-stakes conversations with C-suite and senior leadership.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a pod model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs.
- Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction.
- Salesforce experience.
