Experienced full-time Esthetician trained in all facets of the med spa services, sales, and clinic performance. Support Dermatology Clinical Practice and perform exceptional treatments on our clients. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing clients with an exceptional customer experience through quality, professional, friendly, and informed skincare and other treatments.We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, customer-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is willing to be hands-on and has a genuine interest in growing our vibrant organization!Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:Schedule patient appointments for cosmetic services and consultationsBe available for patient consultation at the request of a physician.Perform cosmetic procedures as directed by a physician.Room patients, thoroughly explain treatment, expected results, and potential risks, and obtain a patient signature on appropriate consent.Educate patients about our services and skincare products.Assist patients in skincare product selection.Follow up with patients after treatment.Document patient and treatment informationMaintained work area in a clean and orderly condition.Wash and sterilize supplies, instruments, and equipment daily.Set up, clean, and disinfect the aesthetician's room daily.Order cosmetic supplies and products through approved vendors.Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering products and samples.Responsible for maintaining equipment.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Board Certified Aesthetician in the State of CaliforniaExperience preferred.Laser Hair Removal CertificationPerformance Requirements:Experience with Lasers and IPL machinesExperience with microdermabrasion and chemical peelsComputer literateEquipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.Work Environment: The position is in a well-lit medical office environment.Physical Requirements: Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and iPad; stooping, and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals.
