SOUND Behavioral Health is growing, and we are hiring a program support specialist in Auburn, WA! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations.As part of the clinical program structure, this person will work directly with program supervisors and team members to address the administrative aspects of client care and clinic organization. The position will also help with the distribution of outcome reports and data, and will address barriers to clinical efficiency.Location: 4238 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients in completing initial paperwork for intakes- enter client form data
- Run Tableau data reports for draft notes, caseload, and treatment plans due
- Coordinate medication refills
- Schedule interpreters as needed
- Ensure ROI's are sent out to doctors, hospitals, schools, etc.
- Track and monitor inpatient discharge/ jail release paperwork is received
- Research resources that clinicians need for client case management
- Administer Consumer Recovery Measure and data entry.
- Arrange client transportation, such as Hopelink, etc.
- Track and monitor payee budgets and dispense checks to clients.
- Manage team on call/coverage scheduling calendar
- Track technology and equipment requests/ complete new hire request form
- Other duties as assigned based on clinic needs
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, leadership, conflict management, and team building skills in order to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals.
- Relate to others in a professional manner, respectful of individual and cultural differences.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and county laws and regulations, Sound policies and procedures, and all safety regulations.
- AA or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health or human services discipline, required.
- One year's experience in a health or human service setting preferred.
- WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within the first 30 days of hire preferred.
