• Conduct cryopreservation procedures for embryos, oocytes, and sperm, ensuring proper handling and storage techniques.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
• Maintain detailed records of laboratory procedures, patient information, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the fertility team, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff, to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of laboratory performance and patient safety.
• Stay informed about advancements in the field of reproductive medicine and incorporate new techniques and technologies into laboratory practices when appropriate.
• Provide support and counseling to patients regarding fertility treatment options, procedures, and outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the practice of clinical embryology and patient care.
• Contribute to research initiatives and publications aimed at advancing the field of reproductive medicine.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, reproductive science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) preferred.
• Experience working as an embryologist in a clinical setting, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of clinical embryology and cryopreservation.
• Strong understanding of reproductive physiology, gamete handling techniques, and laboratory protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care and laboratory practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards applicable to clinical embryology laboratories.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.
