The Financial Analysys Intern will work in one of Inmar’s four networks (corporate, supply chain, healthcare, or promotions), under the mentorship and direction of Finance and Accounting leaders to carry out various duties. This internship is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills in a real world work environment. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.Our Finance Internships provide students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of finance functions. Depending on your assignment, you may:Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business initiatives.Contribute to budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization projects.Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities.Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing) to provide financial insights that drive business performance.Work with financial systems and tools to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within Finance operations.What You’ll GainPractical experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and business decision support.Exposure to enterprise tools like Excel, Tableau, and financial planning platforms.Mentorship from seasoned finance professionals with deep industry knowledge.Insight into how financial strategy supports broader business operations and technology initiatives.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to ERP or financial systems is a plus.Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.Eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.Eagerness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Some roles will require:Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel (including Power Query), Alteryx, or Google Sheets.Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Google Apps Script, or basic scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and basic financial analysis; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.Why Intern at Inmar IntelligenceAt Inmar, our Summer Intern Program offers more than a foot in the door, it’s a chance to dive into real-world projects in fast-moving industries like healthcare, retail, and digital commerce.   • Rising Senior with current enrollment in a Bachelor’s level program in Accounting or Finance
  • Solid academic track record – GPA of at least 3.0 preferred
  • Proficiency in use of Excel software application and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Office products such as Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of finance, generally accepted accounting principles, and economic principles.
  • Proficiency in use of computer equipment.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical computation rapidly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good listening skills, be self-motivated, and have a high maturity level.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
