Production Technician

• Manufacture sheet metal parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Work from written and verbal schedules to complete assigned tasks.
• Operate production equipment such as presses, spot welders, brazing ovens, and related machinery.
• Perform simple setups and minor equipment adjustments to ensure quality and consistency.
• Build and wire control panels using diagrams (as needed).
• Operate multiple machines or perform assembly tasks individually or in combination with other processes.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently as directed.
• Take ownership of quality control for your work and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Reliable individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow specifications, maintain production standards, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.

• Must pass a BCI and drug test
• Steel-toed boots required.
