- Overseeing project logistics, including scheduling, task assignment, and resource allocation.
- Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and the project controller, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Facilitate training events for the product line, managing participation, distributing training materials, and managing post training survey results.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking deadlines, updating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and reporting updates to the project controller and other stakeholders.
- Track ticket submissions and incorporate/update detail tasks into the IMS.
- Participate in incident management process when required.
- Integrate all Configuration Management functional tasks into the IMS (Planning and Management, Status Accounting, Audit and Verification, Configuration Identification and Change Management).
- Collaborate with matrixed teams to ensure project tasks are on track and executed.
- Schedule and support required meetings and forums Test and Release scheduling meetings of the product line.
- Schedule and support Deployment Management meetings to ensure stakeholders are aware of deployment schedules.
- Assist with project-related paperwork, preparing reports, and managing project documentation ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
- Identify potential issues and collaborate with the team members to develop solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
- The ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people, both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Use of Microsoft Project is essential.
- The ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and stay on track.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
- Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one.
- Travel as needed to support conferences and/or as requested by Government client.
- Experience in project coordination, testing, implementation plans and agile (Preferred).
- Ability to obtain ITIL4 certification.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience. Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
