- Lead the creation of high-quality content, including copy, photography, and video, to enhance property listings, websites, and promotional materials while driving engagement and traffic through blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Oversee ad spend, digital campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives, leveraging analytics to optimize targeting, performance, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, media outlets, and influencers to increase brand exposure and representation at key events
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing objectives with business goals and ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
- Analyze data to track ROI, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
- Balance multiple priorities while managing a dynamic team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, results-oriented marketing solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, vacation rental, or real estate industry
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in copywriting, SEO, social media management, ad campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable being physically present in the market for events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
