Job Description:Job Summary
  • The Breast Health Program Navigator & Program Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, development, and oversight of all clinical and administrative aspects of breast health services within the organization.
  • This includes breast imaging, patient navigation, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, community outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The Breast Health Navigator and Program Supervisor will guide the patient through their treatment and survivorship journey. The role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care throughout the continuum of breast health.#POTTSBENEFITS

QualificationsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Registered Nurse: Associate’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
OR
  • Radiologic Technologist: Associate’s degree in radiologic technology (BS-RS Preferred)
EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with experience in oncology, women’s health, imaging or breast care.CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
  • BLS Certification
  • Registered Nurse: PA Registered Nurse License (Required), Oncology Certification - OCN (Preferred)
  • Radiologic Technologist: ARRT Certification & registration (Required), Advanced certification in Mammography, ARRT-M (Preferred)
  • Relevant Navigator Certification CBCN, CN-BN, ONN-CG, CN-BI, or ONN-CGT (Preferred)
