Sr. Quality Program/Project Manager (Onsite)

- Be the voice of proactive quality within the site and collaborate with experts in Mission Systems and Enterprise quality to ensure alignment.
- Help develop and drive strategy for Scrap, Rework, & Repair (SRR) reduction as well as proactive quality implementation, clinic recertification, and other quality projects across the site.
- Strong interaction/influence with design and program teams.
- Drive investigations and root cause corrective actions on high priority non-conformances.
- Support both the engineering function as well as manufacturing function with the identification of critical / key actions that support PFMEA activities across the site.
- Drive site to monitor and measure completion of proactive quality events such as manufacturing process reviews, PFMEAs, etc.
- Develop and maintain metrics to show completion of key milestones and learnings across the site.
- Leverage Subject Matter Experts from other areas of the quality organization and other functions to support tactical activities.
- Act as the focal to train others within the value stream / portfolio in proactive quality activities.
- Utilize Project Management tools to formalize project plans, track progress and cadence in progress projects.
- Create and present executive level presentations.
- Travel up to 10%.

- At least 5+ years of supplier quality, quality or manufacturing operations
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access.
- Experience working in cross-functional organization as an effective business partner.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace manufacturing, medical etc.
- Strong time management skills
- Project Management certification/experience
