
Credit Support Representative

- Respond to incoming customer calls and e-mails, in personal and department mailboxes, including working under the direction of the credit analysts and credit manager to fulfill customer requests as assigned.
- Research and prepare all requested lien waivers, including follow-up, and file waivers in customer main files with supporting documentation.
- Process daily and monthly credit card payments using stored credit card information in Eclipse and Billtrust system payments. Forward backup documentation for payments to Shared Services for application and send receipts to customers.
- Prepare and process daily cashbox deposit for department as needed. Review and scan Tax Exemption Certificates into Eclipse. Contact Customers for updated certificates when needed.
- Assist the Credit Department with customer refund request, completion of vendor forms and requests, research disputed AR items, scanning documents, updating customer c
- Process, analyze, and recommend further action for new account applications within process parameters.
- Set up new approved customer accounts.
- Set up new approved project accounts.
- Set up new Convenient Ship to jobs, make necessary account changes, complet account assignments, and perform periodic account deactivations.
- Effectively respond to inquiries from internal and external customers on customer accounts including resolution of problems and maintenance of billing information and maintain customer goodwill.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Two years of advanced education or a degree in accounting or general business are preferred.
- 2+ years of office experience.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
