- 🧠 Selling Culture Mindset: You will spend ~80% of your time on the sales floor championing a high-performing sales culture, coaching in the moment, completing observations, and role-playing to improve team skills. You understand that fostering strong selling behaviors is key to driving results.
- 📊 Results Orientation: You're motivated by hitting and exceeding KPIs like sales, conversion, units per transaction (UPT), average order value (AOV), and customer satisfaction, and you know how to coach others to do the same.
- 🛍️ Retail & Brand Experience: 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in home, furnishings, or interior design, with a strong foundation in visual presentation and store operations.
- 📣 Communication & Coaching Strengths: You provide clear, consistent, and empathetic feedback that aligns teams and helps individuals grow.
