- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from kickoff through employment offer.
- Manage multiple open requisitions at any given time.
- Implement staffing strategies including enhancing diverse recruitment efforts.
- Use industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant experience.
- Present candidate pool along with assessments and makes hiring recommendations to managers.
- Develop and maintain candidate slates for our positions.
- Develop online talent communities to develop candidate pipelines.
- Conduct recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers.
- Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs.
- Maintain metrics to track candidates through the recruitment process.
- Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to hiring managers.
- Champion our employment brand to potential candidates and market us as an employer of choice.
- Educate candidates on our employment branding message.
- Evaluate areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years professional recruiting experience or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years professional recruiting experience
- 1+ years of full lifecycle manufacturing or warehouse recruiting experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience using social media tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, for candidate sourcing
- Experience using search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche websites for candidate sourcing
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools
- Experience assessing talent and making recommendations to the business
