Emmaus-Macungie is looking for tutors for grades K-5 to focus on areas of math, reading comprehension, and writing skills.We are looking for tutors who have some of the experience listed below :Certified teachers for Elementary EducationTeacher aides and/or paraprofessionals with classroom experienceSpecial Education tutorsCollege upperclassmen education majors with tutoring experienceSubstitute TeachersSubject matter experts with tutoring experienceMinimum Requirements for tutoring positions:Bachelor's degree or college students in the junior or senior year1-year tutoring or teaching experience preferredUnderstanding local curriculumWillingness to travel up to 30 mins to student assignmentsOrganized, reliable and dependableHave basic computer and Internet skillsPay rate: $22-27 per hourType: Part-time/Contract positionsWe provide one-to-one-tutoring in the home, customized to the unique needs of each individual student.
