This individual will work with a multidisciplinary team to generate 3D models, 2D drawings, and presentations for client and internal reviews/deliverables.Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Chief Creative Officer and in collaboration with the staff architectural design team, develop innovative architectural designs to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Partner with the entire project team to ensure exceptional project completion, on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with clients toward successful project delivery and play a key role in developing ongoing relationships that lead to future projects with existing client base
  • Hands on production of drawings, images and other documents
  • Advise on building code and construction technique
  • Support the business development process to ensure the effective presentation of story, ideas and capabilities.
  • Act as liaison with members of external teams within vendor and/or customer organizations
Qualifications:
  • BS in Architecture, MS preferred.
  • 8+ years experience
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary design firm environment
  • Proven ability to articulate big ideas and effectively achieve desired creative outcomes.
  • Deep understanding and hands on experience with complex site programming
  • Understanding of construction techniques and building codes
  • Experience with construction cost estimating is a plus
  • High level proficiency working with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino is a plus, Twin motion is a plus
  • Licensed as an Architect in California is a plus
  • Involvement designing LEED facilities is a plus
  • Experience designing commercial office environments, lab spaces, or spaces with advanced Audio/Visual technologies is a plus.
