- Develop and implement competency based education programs as necessary for each functional area including train-the-trainer and end-user related programs.
- Integrate and deliver management training programs to leadership team.
- Work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, Human Resources Manager and CBO Managers to improve education and to assure training of new end-user is completed timely and appropriately.
- Develop and implement communication activities in the CBO.
- Remains compliant with all corporate driven education initiatives.
- Strategize and coordinate with department heads and managers to integrate new standards, models and organizational improvements.
- Resolves issues associated with education between other internal departments.
- Completes work with little to no supervision.
- Develop and conduct New Hire Orientation. Assures that all new staff members are adequately trained before they are assigned to respective department. Will be responsible for submitting new hire access requests.
- Develops a continuing education program on new trends in Patient Accounting or new processes.
- Review payer websites for provider news that needs to be communicated to the staff.
