IN ADDITION TO SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, COMPLETE THIS SURVEY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERVIEW:The Standards & Brand Coach is responsible for providing auditing & guidance on the store operations level for up to 40 locations. They will provide store-level advice and assessments to franchise locations for the purpose of maintaining Taziki's operational and service standards while promoting a positive brand image. They are part of an operations team that collaborates closely with training, technology, and marketing to ensure that the Taziki's way is clearly defined, communicated, and upheld during New Store Openings (NSO), Manager Training (MIT), and daily store operations. In order to be successful in this role, they must be passionate about the success of Taziki's restaurants and their people while also being able to communicate effectively and professionally to location managers, hourly employees, franchise operators, and the Restaurant Support Center team.Job Details● Successfully complete 400 hours Management Training Program in a certified training restaurant● Complete and execute quarterly schedule of assigned Taziki's Standard Assessments (TSAs), working as a team to complete a minimum of 2 ssessments per store annually to evaluate the location's food quality, customer service, and facility maintenance in an effort to protect the brand's integrity and reputation. Cadence of assessments may change based on needs of our Taziki's business● Clear, concise, effective communication and correspondence providing Franchisees with pre-visit data and valuable recaps● Act as a liaison between the Company and the Franchisee to leverage resources, promote best practices and restaurant operations● Continuously develop and improve operational effectiveness, guest satisfaction, salesand profitability through development and coaching of restaurants● Utilize reporting, tracking tools, and assessment data to provide guidance for actionplans and restaurant recommendations in order to elevate daily operations● Provide operational support to franchisees/operators as assigned, leading, or supporting in events such as NSOs, manager/operator training, and special programs● Build strong relationships with franchisees/operators based on candor, trust, and results to promote franchise satisfaction and confidence● Assist in and support rollout integration of system-wide programs and initiatives● Document and report observed critical incidents and franchise issues

Measurable Outcomes● Write and execute an efficient and fiscally responsible quarterly schedule● Manage travel costs by booking travel a minimum of 14 days in advance● Schedule and complete TSAs as well as meetings based on calendar assignments● Complete and provide TSA results to corresponding location/ownership group within 24hours of audit date● All documentation is appropriately stored on the Taziki's drive within 24 hours of submission● Professional, clear, and constructive TSA visit summary completed and sent within 48-72 business hours post-audit● Support and model all sales initiatives for all restaurants through operational execution and compliance with marketing initiatives● Maintain professional relationships with all franchise owners/operators/staff● Contribute to training team by assisting with timely review of training resources ● Utilize Paycor for interdepartmental and cross departmental projects● Utilize ClickUp for individual task and cross departmental project managementWork conditions/Hours/Travel● Flexible schedule requiring minimum 55-hours weekly of moderate physical activity. Schedule will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays● Weekly travel is expected for this position. Distance depends on assigned markets. Requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and must be able to lift a minimum of 30-pounds to chin level without injury. Work with speed and efficiency in high-pressure situations. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations. Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints and initiates corrective action.
