An exciting, evidence-based, community-centered role where no two days are the same.   • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, (License preferred but not required)
  • You're eager to apply clinical knowledge in real-life community settings

What You'll Do:
  • Provide home-based, individualized therapy to youth and families
  • Work Closely with caregivers to build strong, sustainable skills
  • Engage schools, courts, and community partners to support treatment goals
  • Participate in structured weekly supervision to build skills and stay supported
  • Maintain a small caseload, allowing for multiple sessions per week as needed
  • Be available to families (on rotation) for 24/7 crisis support
  • Deliver treatment over 3-5 months per case, focusing on high-impact change
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an evidence-based therapy model
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Cultural responsiveness and respect for diverse family systems
  • Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
