- Provide home-based, individualized therapy to youth and families
- Work Closely with caregivers to build strong, sustainable skills
- Engage schools, courts, and community partners to support treatment goals
- Participate in structured weekly supervision to build skills and stay supported
- Maintain a small caseload, allowing for multiple sessions per week as needed
- Be available to families (on rotation) for 24/7 crisis support
- Deliver treatment over 3-5 months per case, focusing on high-impact change
- Willingness to learn and grow in an evidence-based therapy model
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cultural responsiveness and respect for diverse family systems
- Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
