One of Culligan’s fastest growing BUs in North America is looking for a dynamic finance leader who will help define and drive the BU strategy and turn strategy into reality in a collaborative, cross functional, roll up the sleeves, fast-paced work environment. This individual identifies problems using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach to execute, and implementing best-practice solutions. The role will work directly will Senior Leadership of the EDG Business gaining additional development and leadership skills.Responsibilities:
  • Build in-depth financial models including, but not limited to Lifetime Value, ROI, revenue and EBITDA growth, sensitivity analysis using driver-based variable and fixed costs, and benchmark outcome modeling using key financial drivers.
  • In-depth Revenue to EBITDA analysis by product line and service categories assessing various COGS, SG&A levers in a multi-branch environment with disparate data sources.
  • Leverage scalable and flexible communications style and ability to communicate complex financial results to all levels of the organization.
  • Build net working capital optimization and inventory models to improve business decision making
  • Partner with FP&A functions across the Culligan Dealer Businesses to incorporate strategic initiatives into the Budget and Forecasting process.
  • Drive/Support 3-year Strategic Planning process from Finance perspective.
  • Ability to support/lead PMO-like activities as part of annual Strategy Deployment Process as a workstream leader or member.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Finance
  • 5 to 10 years of Finance and Strategy experience
  • Decision making skills along with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Proven skill in converting detailed financial analysis into digestible presentations
  • Experience working with data from ERP and Consolidations Systems
  • Experience in a multi-branch and business unit environment preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
