- Process orders and payments
- Manage administrative tasks: inbox processing, invoice scanning, office supply replenishments
- Provide internal support: book flights, hotels, assist with events and meetings
- Fulfill warehouse orders: picking, packing, and shipping
- Process purchase orders including delivery coordination and inventory control
- Maintain and update inventory in our ERP system
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A quick, enthusiastic learner with strong organizational skills
