Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify needs and close sales
Present AT&T wireless and internet solutions confidently and effectively
Stay current on AT&T products, services, and promotions
Accurately complete order entry and customer account setup
Proactively follow up with leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline
Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in wireless, internet, or subscription-based services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify customer needs and close sales over the phone
Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms
Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Familiarity with wireless, broadband, or security services is a plus
