This center includes many outdoor and indoor active learning spaces. Jefferson Elementary provides programming for grades 1-4, focusing on small group instruction, responsive classroom, STEM opportunities, and core curriculum. We offer a middle school structure and environment for grades 5-8, focused on advisory, exploratory, and experiential learning opportunities. Our high school is for grades 9-12, offering college, vocational, and work-ready courses. We have many opportunities for fine arts and athletics for all students. A Career Technical Education (CTE) Center provides students with opportunities in automotive, welding, manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction careers, and cabinetry.AVAILABLE POSITION – HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL ASSISTANT DIRECTORLocation – New Ulm High School, 1600 Oak Street, New Ulm, MinnesotaJob Summary – Requirements include being able to lead students in music lessons for the musical, assist with various musical duties including, but not limited to, scheduling, discipline, practices, and student management during performances. Hours will be around 80-100 throughout the duration of musical season. This individual must be available during tech week and performance week, as well as most practices.Qualifications – Experience and ability to work with high school aged students; demonstrate knowledge and expertise in theatre; ability and willingness to work with students, faculty, parents and the community.Start Date – As agreed upon, 2025-26 School YearWage/Salary/Benefits – Pay Schedule Classification C-15, salary range $4,134.00 - $4,613.30 depending on experience, no benefit packageApplication Deadline – Applications will be accepted until the position is filledApplication ProcedureTo apply as an INTERNAL applicant:1.
