- Applications testing of new development projects, evaluation projects, or service projects with technical. This process includes multiple application types, testing, and writing the evaluation report on the product
- Product application demonstration for customer, sales, and technical service, both in house and at customer facilities
- Provide customer support as needed in the application component of customer service
- Evaluate new product development for the marketplace
- Recommend necessary changes to be made to products during development for best characteristics to technical
- Decide best possible equipment for test purposes
- Communicate clearly with Marketing and Sales on products developed
- Communicate customer needs for new products and changes needed to existing products to Technical and Marketing
- Evaluate competitive product benchmarks for any new product and carefully check on new competitive product announcements
- Provide application assistance in problem solving to sales and customers
- Conduct scheduled Preventative Maintenance of machines and equipment
- Sustain an area of cleanliness of individual machines and applications lab as a whole
- Assist and perform in maintenance and repairs of equipment and machines
- Assist in training the Training Department so best possible knowledge gets to customer
- Adhere to company safety standards at all times
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent residence status).
- High school diploma or equivalent of.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 2 years solvent-based application experience.
- Applicant must be able to troubleshoot problems and find solutions to Automation and Manufacturing scenarios.
- Expertise in organizing and leading application sessions independently.
- Excellent mechanical and application skills and abilities.
- Knowledge of running Spraymation and Sheen Equipment independently.
- Understanding of Manufacturing marketplace.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Technical/Vocational Engineering Training
- 5 years of OEM Manufacturing Application experience.
- Expertise in electrostatic and plural component equipment.
- FANUC Paint Tool programming certification.
