We are looking for a highly skilled LBC Welder to join our 2nd shift team. This is a critical position requiring strong manual welding expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The right candidate will demonstrate advanced welding ability and must be able to pass a weld test flawlessly.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality manual welding to meet production and safety standards.Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.Maintain equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Consistently uphold quality standards with precision and detail.Qualifications:Proven experience as a manual welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Ability to pass a weld test without issue.Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.Exceptional attention to quality, detail, and safety.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Why work for Advance Services, Inc.?
