As the Assistant Program Director I, you’ll provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring high-quality care for emotionally and behaviorally disadvantaged youth and their families.Responsibilities
- Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services.
- Act as a liaison with external agencies and the community.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
- Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Manage program budgets, staff ratios, and safety standards.
- Master’s degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., M.A. in psychology).
- Five years of experience, including two in administration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising and leading diverse teams.
