Infinite Solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesMenu Planning: Develop and design customized menus tailored to client preferences and event themes.Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of catering services.Team Management: Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.Compliance: Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.   • Proven experience as a Catering Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
