- Responsible for all assigned job requirements within the recruiter's assigned business verticals.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, and working with the managers to fill their current openings
- Execute search strategies including internal and external candidate assessment & selection; direct sourcing and networking; internet recruiting and other low fees/no fee sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to identify and source an inclusive slate of talent
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate complex compensation packages
- Share current market trends, competitor practices, and employment industry developments with senior leaders to inform strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based upon feedback from the line business leadership and hiring teams
- Work with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards.
- Utilize data to make data-driven recruitment decisions
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience preferably in engineering recruitment
- Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS), Success Factors and SAP experience a plus
- Demonstrating the ability to own and deliver work independently that feeds into a wider team
- Demonstrating the ability to assimilate information quickly and deal with ambiguity
- Communicating progress and raising risks as needed, track record of meeting set deadlines
- Demonstrating the ability to identify and manage risks and issues appropriately
- Demonstrating the ability to see projects through to completion with little day to day oversight
